Aren't those the tow hooks. The bumpers I have seen are just plain aluminum tubes.

Yes tow hooks, but they also act well as bumpers.

this is the bumper I was thinking about purchasing as soon as I can save up a little bit of coin.I think it will look great with my Smart car it came with the chrome package
