smart Car
1:18 scale 451 miniature
I am trying to get my hands on a 1:18 scale version of the 451 for my desk at work. I know that there is a version (silver cabrio) manufactured by Minichamps for sale at smart dealerships but I can't seem to find one. My local dealership did not have any and I cannot find an online retailer. Please let me know if you have any ideas or suggestions or if you might have one to sell me.

Try typing in "smart Collectible Car Collection" in the Search Discussion section on the left of the page. You should come up with three different sizes. Hope this helps you.

I think it would be great to get a Halifax club going. The salespeople at the smart sales centre seem to be selling quite a few 451s in Nova Scotia although I have yet to see many on the streets of Halifax. I pass a very nice blue passion on my way to work everyday. Other than that, I have yet to see another 451.

Actually someone in France was selling one on eBay a few weeks back for about $75. I thought that was a bit pricey so I didn't bid. I didn't realize just how rare these are at the moment. I'll keep checking back though.

This is an old thread, I see, but I'm looking for a 1:18 die cast miniature. Maisto makes two versions, one in blue with an extra "shell" in black and another that is red/yellow. I have the blue black one but would really like the red/yellow version. I've HEARD NewRay makes one as well, but have yet to actually see or find one (other than the 1:43 size and 1:24 size). Is it any better (or all that much worse) in 2012?
