15% quieter than the current Touring? How do you measure how much quiet it is? ex. Idle, 3200rpm, etc.

Babus exhaust is going to be available for the Smart dealers. I wonder which will be better.

Just checked with the dealer. when the brabus exhaust is available,which will not be until early next year. $1600.00 ouch!! i think i will stay with the after market.

I applaud your efforts but I hope your welds will be better on the ones you sell to the public! also that first cut and welded radius is awful!. I would not have taken picks of it to show us until it looked better!

The first downpipe is larger than any other brand, the radius must be tightened to get it around. The welded joint will not affect the performance or the flow as much as the larger pipe will help. I do agree that the welds could be smoother, just my opinion. then again as long as they hold I am good.

If this was a DIY job sure the welds are OK but when Breathless charges $$$ for a couple of bends on a magnaflow stock muffler I expect quality.......

Our production welds are perfect. This was our first test pipe. Our production ones have the same high quality welds that our orginal units have.

Our new ones come with black high temp coating except for the tips.

I will get my production ones on Thursday.
