Woo Hoo! First post...I've had my reservation in since July. My local dealer (Laguna Niguel) is supposed to be getting their demo cars this week. I can't wait!

Also waiting for my smart from laguna Niguel. Got my 30 day notice on 1/10 so I expect it to come in anyday.

I'm a res number 1232 at Laguna Niguel. My guess is mid-year sometime for mine. What was your res number?

Clarification: My reservation number consists of the last 4 numbers of your reservation acceptance from PAG when you made your $99 deposit and is the number which approximately determines where you are in the waiting line for your smart. My dealer is in Laguna Niguel and has no idea (when I talked to them about 5 days ago) whatsoever about where I am with respect to their own list of upcoming deliveries.

It appears to be happening already! I noticed that a fortunate few had the first "Drive-In" in the U.S. at the Rose Bowl yesterday. The very first!

Yes, we did! It was fun to meet the people we chat with on these forums. There were 12 smarties there, 450s and 451s.

I got my smart (passions, silver on silver, w/red interior) almost two months ago and have a mighty 260 miles on the clock. I bought it to commute on my five mile round-trip, and it's exactly adequate for that.

The car hasbeen getting a great deal of attention all positive so far.

Good luck to all those waiting for their cars to arrive.
