Dealer alternatives for service in Winston Salem?

I just had my car services at the dealer for its 30,000 mile service $500! Ow!
Anyone know of an alternative?

Loeber motors in Chicago charges $200 for a 1 year check up with 6K miles.
I guess I can expect at least $1k by the time I get there.
