"it does unscrew counter clock wise, YES its tough and yes you will mess up the rubber on factory antenna, all the way to the metal, i had to bend my off , then use vise grips to turn it COUNTER CLOCK WISE...... take your time it does come off"

- I purchased my 2008 Smart "Yellow & Black" Passion in feb 2012, I traded in a mercedes slk 230 for the car.... I totally love ♥ it, I did do my homework reguarding mpg, maintenance and overall performance, This car had everything i wanted yet in such a small package, it already had a kenwood system, rear camera back-up, bluetooth for phone! sat radio. , my next project is the body kit, But it's still in the making.

Does anyone know if smart cars require an error canceling devise, when you change to hid lighting, My reason is that i owned a mercedes kompressor that needed them on install!!!!
